Customer Service Representative with Accounting Expertise (Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time)
Advanced knowledge of Sage Accounting software required!!
We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with Accounting Expertise to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This full-time role offers you the chance to work with a collaborative and supportive team while combining your customer service and accounting skills in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $28/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Functions
Serve as the point of contact for customers, providing stellar service via phone and email.
Process orders and ensure accuracy from initiation to completion.
Work closely with sales representatives to assist with quotes, inquiries, and updates.
Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Accounting Support
Assist with accounting functions, including invoicing, reconciliation, and data entry.
Utilize Sage Accounting software to manage financial processes with efficiency and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in both customer service and accounting roles.
Advanced knowledge of Sage Accounting software (required).
Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
